Cody Webb

Coach

Cody brings a strong foundation of athleticism and a humble, hard-working spirit to the VCF coaching team. With a background in soccer, swimming, and hiking, he’s been committed to movement and performance from a young age.

Cody is known for his willingness to embrace challenges head-on, always approaching tough workouts with an “effort over talent” mindset. Whether he’s taking on advanced movements or supporting a first-time athlete, Cody leads by example - showing that consistent effort and a positive attitude are the keys to growth.

For Cody, VCF became a meaningful part of his life during a time he needed it most. Now, as a coach, his goal is to give that same support back—to create a space where others feel encouraged, empowered, and capable of achieving more than they thought possible.

John Braun

Coach & Co-cowner

A firm believer in the power of fitness to transform lives, John stepped into ownership at Victor Community Fitness with a clear mission: to help create a space where people can challenge their bodies, support their health goals, and build meaningful, lifelong friendships. He views the gym not just as a place to work out, but as a true community center—a welcoming environment for individuals and families to connect, grow, and thrive.

Outside of the gym, John is the CEO of Tek-Sales, a manufacturers’ representative firm specializing in municipal water and wastewater infrastructure. Tek-Sales partners with top-tier manufacturers to provide engineering solutions and high-performance equipment to public utilities across the Northeast.

At VCF he brings leadership, vision, and a deep commitment to keeping the gym accessible, inclusive, and community-driven. Values that reflect both his professional integrity and personal dedication.

Coach Belavia

John Bellavia

Coach & Co-Owner

John brings a lifelong passion for movement and athleticism to Victor Community Fitness. From his early involvement in greco-roman wrestling to his time in the U.S. Army and boxing in the Golden Gloves of America, he’s maintained a deep commitment to physical fitness and functional training. He holds a StrongFirst SFG II Kettlebell Certification, a respected credential that reflects his advanced expertise in strength and technique.

Known for his drive and enthusiasm, John constantly challenges the limits of traditional training - often experimenting with rings, kettlebells, and calisthenic movements, bringing variety and fun to every class. His favorite workouts include strict pull-ups and Turkish get-ups, and he thrives on helping others unlock their strength and confidence through movement.

With a bold spirit and a not-so-subtle taste in music, John creates an environment where members feel supported, challenged, and part of something truly unique.
