OUR HISTORY:

We have been providing fitness programs to the people for 11 years. We started as a CrossFit gym and have since been expanding our horizons to include GritFit, StrongFirst Kettlebell, bodyweight-based Cardio Calisthenics and more to come.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT VICTOR COMMUNITY FITNESS:

  • Hour-long group fitness classes instructed from start to finish by passionate and experienced athletes.

  • A supportive community of like-minded individuals.

  • Coaches willing to go the extra mile to help you succeed.

  • Non-repetitive programming that will keep your fitness journey interesting while consistently challenging you to step out of your comfort zone.

  • Access to a kids play area so you can work out without having to pay for a babysitter.

  • Invitations to out-of-the gym events - We aim to build a friendly community that thrives both in and out of the gym.

Our philosophy

Our Philosophy

We strive to create an experience that our members eagerly anticipate coming back to.

We take a personal interest in each client's fitness journey.

We understand (and celebrate) that everyone's fitness needs are different, there is no one size fits all. This is why we offer an array of class styles from bodyweight to heavy weightlifting.

No matter what class you attend, each workout will be tailored to your abilities by a professional and personable coaching staff. Safety and skill building are paramount to our program.

Along the way, new friends will be made and VCF will become your fitness home away from home.

Take a life-changing journey with us, we can't wait to welcome you to our community.

A fitness center should be the best part of your day. Improving overall fitness within a great community is what VCF is all about.
